What you will do

• Own and execute the full close cycle, including general ledger, consolidations, intercompany, and flux analysis.
• Scale accounting policies and internal controls to support a SOX-compliant public company environment.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and AP to ensure seamless financial data alignment and a smooth close process.
• Lead end-to-end audit readiness, managing external auditors and the PBC process.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows by embedding AI into routine accounting processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a mix of public accounting and industry (SaaS or tech preferred).
• Strong foundation in US GAAP applied in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA is a plus).
• Experience owning close processes and working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment with a focus on strong internal controls.
