What you will do

• Own the monthly close process and ensure financial statements comply with US GAAP.
• Manage revenue recognition under ASC 606, customer invoicing, and monthly revenue forecasting.
• Lead annual audit processes and coordinate with external tax advisors for federal and multi-state filings.
• Oversee the accounting tech stack including NetSuite, Rippling, and Tipalti.
• Develop and maintain scalable accounting policies and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Manage, develop, and provide feedback to the accounting team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• CPA certification is required.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, specifically ASC 606, ASC 718, and ASC 842.
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.
• Public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm) is strongly preferred.
• Experience in venture-backed, high-growth SaaS or technology companies.

• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) for productivity.
