What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise-focused Solutions Partners to drive pipeline, deal progression, and revenue.
  • Lead enterprise co-sell motions from referral to close, partnering with GTM Engineers on strategy.
  • Execute account mapping and pipeline reviews to identify whitespace and partner-led entry points.
  • Build scalable infrastructure, including tooling, playbooks, and repeatable workflows for partner engagement.
  • Drive joint GTM efforts, such as co-hosted webinars and executive roundtables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM Ops, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Sales Leadership.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in sales, B2B partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience working with solutions partners, agencies, or SIs in enterprise co-sell and referral motions.
  • Strong familiarity with account mapping and pipeline collaboration between internal and external teams.
  • Ability to operate in cross-functional environments, collaborating with Sales, GTM Ops, and Legal.
  • Experience engaging at the executive level with both partners and internal leadership.
  • Outcomes-oriented approach with comfort being measured on pipeline creation and revenue impact.

Nice to have

  • Experience working alongside sales engineering, RevOps, or GTM teams.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global and other tools like Crossbeam, Retool, and Dust.
