TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead technical demonstrations showing how hirify.global solves business problems.
  • Facilitate multi-threaded discovery sessions to uncover KPIs, initiatives, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to define deal strategies and craft customer messaging.
  • Conduct value-based conversations linking product capabilities to measurable outcomes.
  • Address objections with data-driven insights and deep product knowledge.
  • Provide structured feedback from customers to product teams for roadmap improvements.
  • Contribute to team enablement through training, demo assets, and messaging playbooks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in pre-sales Sales Engineering/Solutions Consulting for B2B SaaS, ideally HR-tech (HRIS, ATS, Payroll, LMS)
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual) for high-stakes conversations.
  • Track record of collaborative selling across teams, functions, and time zones.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical buyers.
  • Experience influencing deals with value-led approach.
  • Strong discovery instincts, structured questioning, and consultative mindset.
  • Comfortable using AI tools; experience with generative AI is a plus.

  • General knowledge of HR industry, business practices, and software systems.
