What you will do
- Lead technical demonstrations showing how solves business problems.
- Facilitate multi-threaded discovery sessions to uncover KPIs, initiatives, and pain points.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to define deal strategies and craft customer messaging.
- Conduct value-based conversations linking product capabilities to measurable outcomes.
- Address objections with data-driven insights and deep product knowledge.
- Provide structured feedback from customers to product teams for roadmap improvements.
- Contribute to team enablement through training, demo assets, and messaging playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years in pre-sales Sales Engineering/Solutions Consulting for B2B SaaS, ideally HR-tech (HRIS, ATS, Payroll, LMS)
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual) for high-stakes conversations.
- Track record of collaborative selling across teams, functions, and time zones.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical buyers.
- Experience influencing deals with value-led approach.
- Strong discovery instincts, structured questioning, and consultative mindset.
- Comfortable using AI tools; experience with generative AI is a plus.
