What you will do

• Oversee high-net-worth customer segment by monitoring performance and delivering online/offline rewards per business needs.
• Identify customers by lifecycle stage (new, churning, lapsed, returning, big winners) and take actions to drive growth and activity.
• Plan and execute campaigns/bulk actions for high-value customers, monitor results, and report comprehensively.
• Assess segment performance at market level, act on trends and insights.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks/projects for high-value customers and use predictive modeling for new key account onboarding.
• Build customer profiles (behaviors, preferences), ensure compliant communications (Health Checks, Responsible Gambling), and collaborate with Compliance, Account Services, Customer Support.
• Represent Key Accounts' voice, provide feedback/ideas, work shifts and weekends on rotation.

Requirements

• Prior customer-facing experience; key customer service advantage.
• Native-level Portuguese; good English.
• Commercial acumen, analytical/organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Excellent MS Office/Excel skills.
• Outstanding written/verbal communication.
• Passion for online gaming industry.
• Responsibility, reliability, team player.
