Sales Operations Analyst (Deal Desk)

Sales Operations Analyst (Deal Desk) (SaaS): Supporting the Sales organization during the pre-sales cycle by ensuring correct deal structuring, pricing accuracy, and policy compliance. Focus on managing the deal desk process, maintaining Salesforce data integrity, and coordinating between Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.

What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for Deal Desk processes, policies, and systems.
• Support Sales with structuring both standard and non-standard opportunities.
• Review deals prior to closure to ensure pricing accuracy and billing term compliance.
• Manage required approvals and facilitate contract generation and signature workflows.
• Maintain high data integrity within Salesforce.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to optimize deal flow and workflows.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPQ or contract tools such as Conga or DocuSign.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models.
