What you will do
- Provide consultative product expertise to help customers maximize their investment in technologies.
- Analyze usage, adoption, and health signals across accounts to identify trends, risks, and expansion opportunities.
- Create scalable playbooks and workflows based on customer investigations to be deployed as best practices.
- Partner with Regional Sales VPs to align data insights with territory priorities.
- Deliver data-backed insights through QBRs, forecasting meetings, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with GTM teams and Product Management to provide actionable customer intelligence.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success.
- Expertise with Gainsight or similar CS tooling.
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales, SE, Support, and Product leadership.
- Exceptional communication and insight storytelling skills at an executive level.
- Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated creative problem-solving approach.
- Location: Must be based in Brazil
Nice to have
- Background in Digital Intelligence, forensic technologies, or cybersecurity.
- Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector customer segments.
- Experience with high-scale, programmatic customer success motions.
