What you will do

• Build and maintain robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
• Develop the company’s financial narrative for board presentations, investor updates, and internal leadership reviews.
• Support capital markets readiness by preparing financial scenarios for fundraising or strategic transactions.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate the financial feasibility of market expansions, product development, and M&A.
• Analyze business performance to identify growth drivers and surface issues to strengthen execution.
• Optimize internal finance processes and reporting tools to enhance organizational transparency and discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills for strategic decision-making.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to distill complex problems into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in San Francisco.
