Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 USD per year (inclusive of commission)

What you will do

  • Manage a named enterprise territory of organizations with 2,000+ employees to drive acquisition and expansion.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans mapping organizational structures and buying centers.
  • Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from initial discovery through contract execution.
  • Close six and seven-figure deals using disciplined qualification and mutual success plans.
  • Collaborate with SDRs for proactive outbound prospecting and with Customer Success for account handoffs.
  • Provide market intelligence and product feedback to help shape the AI roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience managing accounts with 2,000+ employees.
  • Documented history of closing multiple six-figure deals and at least one seven-figure transaction.
  • Proven track record of independently building and sourcing a sales pipeline.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles involving security, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling AI, productivity, or knowledge management software.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC qualification methodologies.
