Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 USD per year (inclusive of commission)

What you will do
- Manage a named enterprise territory of organizations with 2,000+ employees to drive acquisition and expansion.
- Develop comprehensive account plans mapping organizational structures and buying centers.
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from initial discovery through contract execution.
- Close six and seven-figure deals using disciplined qualification and mutual success plans.
- Collaborate with SDRs for proactive outbound prospecting and with Customer Success for account handoffs.
- Provide market intelligence and product feedback to help shape the AI roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience managing accounts with 2,000+ employees.
- Documented history of closing multiple six-figure deals and at least one seven-figure transaction.
- Proven track record of independently building and sourcing a sales pipeline.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles involving security, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling AI, productivity, or knowledge management software.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC qualification methodologies.
