TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue and expanding strategic customer accounts for a collaborative workspace platform with an accent on pipeline generation and account growth. Focus on iterating sales motions, conducting high-impact product demos, and building executive-level relationships.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California (Must be in office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Prospect and develop new accounts by educating potential customers on collaboration and productivity improvements.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Iterate on the contract renewal process to retain customers and mitigate churn.
  • Conduct face-to-face and Zoom meetings and product demos to close business at or above quota.
  • Build sales playbooks and define GTM sales motions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with inside sales, customer success, solution engineers, and legal teams.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and compelling presentation skills.
  • Builder mentality with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office on designated anchor days (Mon, Tue, Thu).

  • Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical proficiency.
  • Experience with partner-led sales and quarterly sales planning.
  • Proven success in new logo acquisition.
