What you will do

• Own the end-to-end preventive maintenance system and define how work flows through the platform for complex enterprise organizations.
• Design the full journey from work request to execution-ready work order, ensuring planners have tools for triaging and preparing jobs.
• Develop agentic planning experiences using AI to auto-enrich work orders and forecast workloads.
• Define and build measurement layers for key metrics like PM compliance and backlog health.
• Collaborate with Sales to articulate planning capabilities to senior maintenance and operations leaders.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of designers and engineers to achieve ambitious outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience building tools for complex operational workflows.
• Proven track record of designing highly configurable systems for enterprise customers and non-technical users.
• Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and make strategic scope trade-offs.
• Experience driving discovery in greenfield product areas and establishing measurement baselines.
• Strong leadership skills to rally teams around a clear vision and connect daily work to KPIs.
