What you will do

• Drive AI product strategy for Upland PSA and define the roadmap for autonomous workflow orchestration.
• Develop the platform's data moat by analyzing usage patterns, customer behavior, and decision trajectories.
• Deploy privacy-first AI capabilities across a configurable enterprise platform while maintaining strict data governance.
• Collaborate with PSA practitioners to validate operational value and reduce manual effort.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners and UX designers to elevate strategic thinking and execution.
• Partner with Marketing on GTM enablement to translate AI capabilities into credible positioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in PSA, PPM, ERP, or adjacent professional services software.
• Deep fluency in professional services operations, including resource forecasting, billing workflows, and utilization economics.
• Strong familiarity with the AI landscape, specifically experimenting with LLMs and agents.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers or Product Owners.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency.
