What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for the Data Collection Tooling suite, from strategy to delivery.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics to meet the evolving requirements of frontier AI research.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product design, user research, and analytics to deliver via test-learn-iterate loops.
• Communicate strategic vision to executives and translate complex goals into actionable plans for the development team.
• Experiment with latest AI technologies to build POCs and optimize the product manager's toolkit.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Extensive track record working embedded in technology teams alongside engineers and designers.
• Proven B2B product experience, specifically with large enterprises and multiple internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks, Continuous Discovery, and JTBD methodologies.
• Strong data literacy and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience in scale-ups or startups.
• Background in AI/ML training or development.
• Active contribution to the Product management community.
