Technical Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
• Research enterprise user interactions and design experiments, POCs, and pilot deployments to validate hypotheses.
• Prototype agent behaviors, system prompts, and tool schemas in partnership with engineering.
• Establish agent evaluation frameworks for task completion, reasoning quality, and safety.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including backlog management and reporting impact to leadership.
• Collaborate with AWS Solution Architects to align on technical approach and service selection.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years in product management, forward deployment, or solutions engineering.
• Proven track record of shipping AI products from prototype through production at scale.
• Deep fluency in GenAI, including LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and agentic systems.
• PM-level fluency across the AWS AI ecosystem (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions).
• Ability to prototype AI solutions using tools like Cursor, Claude, or Copilot.
• Must be based in Canada (Vancouver/Calgary).

Nice to have

• Software engineering or coding background (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Experience in agency or consulting delivery environments.
• Domain expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Life Sciences.
• Familiarity with open-source LLMs such as Llama or Mistral.
