Location: Onsite in core US markets (Dallas HQ and coast-to-coast regional offices), occasional travel ~15%.

What you will do
- Serve as strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce strategies, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Partner with HR teams to implement enterprise programs like talent acquisition, compensation, and learning & development.
- Guide decisions on hiring, succession, performance, engagement, and capability building using talent insights.
- Support strategic talent planning for broker hiring, operations, and market growth.
- Champion company culture, high performance, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, providing occasional onsite support for regional offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience, with experience supporting sales or go-to-market teams required.
- Experience supporting client-facing or revenue-generating teams in decentralized, fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships across all levels.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred), excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with organizational design and change management; data-driven mindset.
