TL;DR
HR Business Partner (SaaS): Strategic partnership with the GTM organization to optimize org design, performance, and people decisions with an accent on high-growth scaling and employee relations. Focus on transforming tactical HR tasks into AI-assisted workflows and driving workforce planning for revenue-generating teams.
Location: Must be based in Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office). Visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.

What you will do
- Partner with GTM leaders as a strategic thought partner on org design, performance, and people decisions.
- Synthesize people data (attrition, engagement, performance) into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Manage the full Employee Relations (ER) caseload and build manager capability to address issues early.
- Lead workforce planning and succession gap analysis for GTM teams using what-if scenarios.
- Collaborate with HR Operations and the broader People team on cross-functional goals and priorities.
- Implement AI tools and agents to automate recurring HR tasks, drafts, and basic analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or senior People Partner in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Direct experience supporting GTM/commercial organizations with a deep understanding of quota cycles and sales dynamics.
- Strong judgment in Employee Relations and the ability to carry difficult conversations with clarity and care.
- Proven ability in org design, identifying structural tensions and proposing solutions.
- Must be based in Austin, TX.
