What you will do

• Conduct mixed-methods research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to understand user needs.
• Synthesize findings into narratives, actionable insights, and recommendations for product and design teams.
• Champion customer empathy organization-wide through storytelling and insight repositories.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research workflows like data tagging and pattern synthesis.
• Evolve research operations including recruiting and best practices documentation.
• Scope, prioritize, and manage research projects aligned with team goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX research.
• Strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights driving product decisions.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like UserTesting, Dovetail, Lookback, Amplitude, and AI tools like Claude, NotebookLM.

Nice to have

• Background in industrial, operations, or field-based user populations.
• Background in psychology, HCI, anthropology, or related fields.
• Exposure to service design, journey mapping, or VOC programs.
