What you will do

• Own end-to-end provider onboarding from lead form to first appointment, partnering with PM and Eng to boost funnel conversion.
• Design AI-agent-powered intake flows replacing manual credentialing with conversational interactions, defining new patterns and automation.
• Scale self-serve onboarding to minimize human intervention and enable providers to get credentialed faster.
• Use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, MagicPatterns for planning, prototyping flows, IAs, and iterating directly in code.
• Conduct research with providers to validate solutions and understand drop-offs, confidence builders, and automation impacts.
• Contribute to design system and share AI practices, prompts, patterns with the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years product design experience, with focus on onboarding, activation, or conversion work
• Shipped measurable conversion improvements, thinking in funnels and diagnosing drop-offs
• Systems thinking connecting form redesign to CAQH, NPI, payer credentialing, and full pipeline
• Experience designing agentic or AI-powered workflows like conversational flows or intelligent automation
• Strong visual and interaction design craft for polished, high-quality work at speed
• Comfortable with AI prototyping tools (Claude Code, Cursor, MagicPatterns) as core workflow
