What you will do

• Contribute to high-quality design standards and conduct detailed design reviews to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Solve user problems by collaborating with Product to build lean, innovative solutions grounded in user needs, data, and feasibility.
• Champion usability testing and research using tools like GA, Hotjar, and Convert to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Leverage AI tools for discovery, ideation, prototyping, and evolving design workflows.
• Build scalable design systems and patterns supporting consistency, adaptability, and personalised experiences.
• Foster positive team culture through diversity of thought, inclusivity, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product design or UX/UI with a compelling portfolio showcasing problem-solving and impact on user metrics.
• Strong user-centred design principles, design thinking, design systems, and research practices.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-driven tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional Agile teams.
• High-level understanding of front-end development.
• Ability to align design with business strategy and take ownership of product design.
