What you will do

• Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web, including onboarding and new features.
• Conduct extensive user research to deeply understand user needs and emotional drivers.
• Own the end-to-end design process from initial idea and prototyping to final polished design.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring concepts to life.
• Iterate rapidly using data and user feedback to improve the product.
• Shape and evolve the internal design system to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing B2C mobile and web products at scale (200K+ MAU).
• Portfolio demonstrating impeccable taste, strong product thinking, and a track record of sleek, intuitive apps.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for shipping real-world products.
• Obsession with detail and a commitment to high-quality craft.
• English: C1 or higher preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, conversational UI, or emotionally engaging products.
• Proficiency in planning and conducting UX research and integrating insights into design.
• Experience with prompt engineering.
• Track record of building or scaling a design system from scratch.
