What you will do

  • Lead annual business planning, quota design, and forecasting cadence for new ARR, upsell, renewals, and professional services.
  • Own revenue tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Visdum for reporting, insights, and commissions.
  • Manage deal desk, commercial operations, sales process optimization, and booking integrity with AI automation.
  • Design sales compensation plans, oversee payouts, and track performance against quotas.
  • Deliver executive and board reporting on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue metrics.
  • Lead sales enablement programs like QBRs, SKO, President’s Club, and cross-functional liaison with Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce (advanced reporting/admin), Gong or similar, sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo), commission systems (Visdum).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced/intermediate+), AI for process optimization.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, executive communication, and global cross-functional leadership.
  • Proven track record in revenue operations, forecasting, quota management, and sales tech stack.
