What you will do
- Own end-to-end revenue operations strategy, including forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue recognition across SaaS and data licensing.
- Design scalable processes for subscription models, lead routing, scoring, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion.
- Implement AI and automation tools for lead qualification, predictive analytics, and sales productivity.
- Build revenue reporting frameworks, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
Requirements
- 8+ years in revenue, sales, or marketing operations
- Proven track record in SaaS and data licensing with recurring revenue metrics.
- Extensive experience in pipeline management, lead allocation, and SDR operations.
- Expertise in AI/automation, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and analytics platforms.
- Advanced skills in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue reporting.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical abilities in data-heavy environments.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree in Business or Analytics.
- Experience with enterprise B2B sales and complex deals.
- Background in data monetization.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or analytical programming.
- Experience with modern RevOps tools and AI/ML platforms.
