TL;DR

Vice President of Revenue Operations (SaaS/Data Licensing): Drive strategic revenue growth and operational excellence across sales, marketing, and customer success with an accent on SaaS subscription models, data licensing agreements, and cross-functional revenue processes. Focus on designing scalable forecasting models, optimizing pipeline management, implementing AI-powered automation for lead qualification, and building executive dashboards for revenue insights.

Location: Singapore (only candidates currently residing in Singapore with valid work authorization)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end revenue operations strategy, including forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue recognition across SaaS and data licensing.
  • Design scalable processes for subscription models, lead routing, scoring, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion.
  • Implement AI and automation tools for lead qualification, predictive analytics, and sales productivity.
  • Build revenue reporting frameworks, KPIs, and executive dashboards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in revenue, sales, or marketing operations
  • Proven track record in SaaS and data licensing with recurring revenue metrics.
  • Extensive experience in pipeline management, lead allocation, and SDR operations.
  • Expertise in AI/automation, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and analytics platforms.
  • Advanced skills in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue reporting.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities in data-heavy environments.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business or Analytics.
  • Experience with enterprise B2B sales and complex deals.
  • Background in data monetization.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or analytical programming.
  • Experience with modern RevOps tools and AI/ML platforms.
