What you will do

  • Own 8–12+ concurrent sales requisitions end-to-end, focusing on entry and mid-level roles.
  • Execute daily outbound sourcing via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns to maintain a steady candidate flow.
  • Deliver 5–10+ qualified candidates per role within a 7-10 day timeframe.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define success profiles and calibrate candidate traits.
  • Manage large, segmented pipelines of 100+ candidates across key sales markets.
  • Analyze and optimize funnel metrics to enhance recruiting efficiency and offer conversion.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of recruiting experience with a heavy focus on high-volume sales hiring (BDRs, SDRs, AEs).
  • Proven ability to manage 8-10+ concurrent roles in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
  • Experience recruiting across U.S. and Canadian markets.
  • Expertise in outbound sourcing and top-of-funnel pipeline generation.
  • Strong ability to evaluate behavioral traits like grit, coachability, and competitiveness.
  • Disciplined ATS hygiene and structured pipeline management.
