What you will do
- Own 8–12+ concurrent sales requisitions end-to-end, focusing on entry and mid-level roles.
- Execute daily outbound sourcing via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns to maintain a steady candidate flow.
- Deliver 5–10+ qualified candidates per role within a 7-10 day timeframe.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define success profiles and calibrate candidate traits.
- Manage large, segmented pipelines of 100+ candidates across key sales markets.
- Analyze and optimize funnel metrics to enhance recruiting efficiency and offer conversion.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of recruiting experience with a heavy focus on high-volume sales hiring (BDRs, SDRs, AEs).
- Proven ability to manage 8-10+ concurrent roles in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
- Experience recruiting across U.S. and Canadian markets.
- Expertise in outbound sourcing and top-of-funnel pipeline generation.
- Strong ability to evaluate behavioral traits like grit, coachability, and competitiveness.
- Disciplined ATS hygiene and structured pipeline management.
