TL;DR

Head of Talent Acquisition (SaaS): Lead and scale the recruiting team for a cloud storage platform with an accent on AI-driven processes, global hiring across US, LATAM, APAC, and executive searches. Focus on building scalable recruiting infrastructure, optimizing ATS and sourcing, and driving hiring quality through data metrics and automation.

Location: Remote from Costa Rica or Mexico

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of 3 recruiters, setting performance standards and developing talent.
  • Partner with CHRO and executives on talent strategy, workforce planning, and market insights.
  • Implement AI and automation in recruiting while prioritizing candidate and manager experience.
  • Drive Director+ and executive hiring, managing internal team and agency partners with cost control.
  • Build recruiting infrastructure including ATS optimization, sourcing strategies, and analytics.
  • Own hiring metrics, quality of hire, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in recruiting, including leading high-performing teams
  • 3-5+ years managing recruiters in fast-paced tech/SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with technical roles in Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML
  • Experience hiring across US, LATAM, APAC with EOR and offshore
  • Deep knowledge of AI recruiting technologies and data-driven decisions
  • Proven scaling of recruiting functions and executive searches
  • Strong stakeholder influence and process building skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, infrastructure, or usage-based models
  • Building recruiting analytics and reporting frameworks
