What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 to 8 technical contributors and project managers.

• Maintain strong client relationships to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Ensure implementation of business processes and recommend improvements for service delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute regional and company strategies.
• Assist in recruiting, retaining, and training top technical talent.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical consulting and client relationship management.
• Strong working knowledge of fire protection engineering fundamentals.
• Must be based in or relocate to Houston, Texas.
• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Professional Engineering License (PE) is desirable but not required.
