What you will do

• Design turbine, reciprocating, and steam-based power generation systems, hydronic systems, and gas compression/distribution systems.
• Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
• Perform high-complexity engineering designs, including calculations, research, and equipment selection.
• Manage projects as a Project Manager to ensure compliance with time, quality, and cost commitments.
• Supervise and develop mechanical engineering staff and designers in the execution of projects.
• Lead business development efforts, identify prospective clients, and prepare RFP proposal responses.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in industrial mechanical engineering.
• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited school.
• Professional Engineers (PE) license.
• Proven project management experience.
• Must be based in Nashville, TN for on-site work.
