Process Engineering Manager

What you will do

• Utilize project management to forecast, manage, and coordinate project budgets and schedules.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to meet annual manufacturing efficiency goals.
• Enforce safety, health, and environment culture in the team.
• Recruit, develop, and guide process engineers and technicians for performance improvement.
• Prepare and manage capital plans and projects within budget and timeline.
• Develop process standards, procedures, and specifications for consistent quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 7-10 years of process improvement management in manufacturing.
• 3-5 years managing engineering resources.
• Proven project management success and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Understanding of business principles for financial solutions.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with extrusion or injection molding.
