Location: Remote/Hybrid for Denver-based team (USA). Travel up to 10%.
Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 USD per year (plus performance bonuses).

What you will do
- Prospect for new clients and markets in targeted industries, researching trends and potential projects.
- Develop and execute business development strategies, generate leads, manage sales cycles from contact to closing deals, and forecast revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, act as trusted advisor, prepare proposals, and conduct educational sessions like lunch and learns.
- Provide technical oversight and consultation during client interactions, collaborate with engineering and project teams for successful delivery.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events; analyze project feasibility and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience in structural engineering and/or business development in construction/engineering industries, focusing on cold-formed steel and industrial applications.
- Knowledge of structural analysis software (REVIT, CFS Designer, HILTI Profis, RISA) and designs for seismic, hurricane, blast-resistant, and extreme climates.
- Deep market expertise in cold-formed steel, contractors, and trends; ability to perform competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office and CRM (e.g., Deltek).
- Proven sales track record meeting/exceeding targets.
