Business Development Manager (NDT)

TL;DR

Location: Phoenix - Tempe, AZ. Must be a "U.S. Person" (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR regulations.

A leading provider of critical testing, inspection, certification, and compliance services serving manufacturing, power generation, aerospace, medical, and defense markets.

What you will do

• Achieve year-over-year revenue growth targets as set by leadership.
• Manage the sales pipeline and document customer opportunities using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Develop strategic business plans for target markets, industries, or geographies.
• Establish key relationships with C-Suite and mid-level management to position the company as a long-term partner.
• Proactively prospect for new business opportunities across all Inspection departments.
• Represent the company at trade shows for lead generation.

Requirements

• 5 years of commercial experience.
• 5 years of experience in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Services.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Dynamics and Microsoft Office.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" to comply with U.S. export controls (ITAR).
• Ability to travel 50%-80% of the time.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a drug screen.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• Experience working in Pulp & Paper, Power Generation, or Aerospace industrial end markets.
