What you will do

  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand business within the existing customer base.
  • Conduct virtual presentations to communicate key product features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute detailed business plans to achieve predetermined sales goals and quotas.
  • Design and implement creative sales strategies based on current market trends.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve and enhance product offerings.
  • Represent Rosetta Stone at educational technology conferences, including events in Europe.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 3+ years of field sales experience, preferably within the edtech or software industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and listening skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Fundamental understanding of web and mobile applications.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
