TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Edtech): Driving revenue growth through strategic B2B relationships and the full sales cycle for tech upskilling solutions with an accent on consultative selling and C-suite engagement. Focus on closing complex enterprise deals, managing RFPs, and expanding public sector accounts.

Location: Hybrid (London), 1 day/week in office required

What you will do

  • Generate and manage a client pipeline through proactive business development and lead sourcing.
  • Engage senior executives (SVP, C-suite) to position GA's upskilling solutions via consultative sales.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including creating proposals, negotiation, and legal review.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure successful client delivery.
  • Manage pipeline data and sales forecasts accurately using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, ideally in enterprise sales.
  • Proven ability to lead and close complex sales cycles, including contract and legal management.
  • Proficiency with a tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Experience with cold calling and proactive prospecting (hunter mindset).

Nice to have

  • Demonstrable experience winning and expanding Public Sector Accounts valued at over £1m.
  • Background in the tech education or upskilling sector.
  • Additional language proficiency.
