Location: Hybrid in San Francisco (In-office Tues/Wed/Thurs, Remote Mon/Fri)

Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 plus equity

What you will do

  • Design and build agentic lead generation infrastructure, including workflows, tooling, and automation logic from the ground up.
  • Source, enrich, and qualify leads at scale using AI tools, emphasizing warm, network-informed outreach.
  • Develop and iterate on multi-signal targeting models and structure multi-channel campaigns to optimize ORs, CTRs, and CPL.
  • Collaborate with AEs to define "good lead" criteria and systematize the identification process.
  • Manage the feedback loop between lead quality and conversion, ensuring CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Run structured test-and-learn experiments to continuously improve pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in demand generation, growth, or marketing operations with a strong technical edge.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar lead gen infrastructure tools.
  • Deep obsession with the AI space, including experimenting with and advising on AI tool trade-offs.
  • Proven ability to build scalable systems and a data-driven approach to measuring outcomes.
  • Experience marketing to or selling into life sciences, pharma, or biotech audiences.
  • Must be based in San Francisco for hybrid work (Tues/Wed/Thurs in office).
