Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do

  • Build and launch a comprehensive onboarding program for all new GTM hires to ensure product and GTM fluency.
  • Operationalize a GTM enablement strategy including structured training, certifications, and a defined training calendar.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to identify enablement gaps and translate insights into targeted programs.
  • Serve as the AI lead for the Marketing team, evaluating tools and delivering training to improve team efficiency.
  • Develop and scale a dedicated BDR onboarding and enablement program to increase pipeline generation.
  • Contribute to external content initiatives, including blog posts, guides, and webinars.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in enablement within a high-growth technology environment.
  • Proven track record of building and launching onboarding programs with measurable impact.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, BDR, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to work with complex products and technical subject matter.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong writing skills and experience contributing to external-facing thought leadership content.

  • Experience building programs specifically for BDR or SDR teams.
