What you will do

• Own the website narrative and copy, creating new solution and product pages end-to-end.
• Develop executive-level positioning and strategic narratives for key use cases such as voice agents, medical scribes, and AI note takers.
• Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including battlecards, decks, and messaging guides.
• Collaborate with growth teams to generate customer expansion and upsell campaigns.
• Source and produce customer proof points, case studies, and video content.
• Identify emerging use cases and verticals based on market signals and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to make technical API products clear and compelling.
• Experience supporting sales teams with enablement materials that drive revenue.
• Proficiency with AI and LLMs in daily professional workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/ML, conversation intelligence, or voice technology.
• Background marketing to developers and product teams.
