What you will do

• Coordinate broadcast content production, including delivery schedules, production logistics, and puppeteer arrangements.
• Manage music distribution activities with Japanese label partners, including metadata registration and release scheduling.
• Oversee monthly operations and content distribution for a licensed healthcare membership program.
• Execute on-site event logistics, including character appearances and vendor coordination.
• Manage content review, approval workflows, and calendar tracking for the Japan YouTube channel and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Production, Marketing, Legal, Finance) and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Business-level English and Japanese proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
• 4-5 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, content production, or media.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Tokyo.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across different time zones.
• Familiarity with Japanese business culture and professional communication norms.
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools.

• Background in broadcast, music distribution, healthcare programming, or licensed entertainment.
