Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in Office) in Melbourne, Australia

What you will do
- Own Australia's sales strategy and revenue targets to deliver scalable commercial results.
- Lead the full commercial lifecycle from demand generation to deal closure.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team including Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Proposal Managers.
- Act as executive sponsor for large, complex strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Finance teams to optimize pricing and portfolios.
- Build executive-level relationships with key customers and market stakeholders.
Requirements
- 15+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in energy, clean tech, or industrial B2B markets.
- Proven track record of quota ownership and sustained revenue growth.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the energy industry and established industry relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Must be based in Melbourne, Australia for hybrid office attendance
