What you will do

  • Lead, recruit, and develop a team of Account Executives and Account Managers across the ANZ region.
  • Own new logo ARR and expansion revenue targets, ensuring consistent quota attainment.
  • Actively engage in key deals, providing hands-on leadership from discovery to commercial negotiation and close.
  • Embed MEDDPICC as the standard framework for deal qualification and forecast confidence.
  • Collaborate with BDR, Marketing, and Customer Success to align regional GTM strategy and pipeline health.
  • Deliver accurate weekly forecasts and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of quota attainment.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia (visa sponsorship is NOT available).
  • Experience selling into the office of the CFO or within Fintech and accounting technology.
  • Strong command of Salesforce and sales analytics to diagnose and fix performance gaps.
  • Exceptional executive presence for engaging senior-level finance and accounting leaders.
