What you will do

  • Drive new business acquisition in mid-market, achieving net adds and revenue targets across product lines.
  • Build and manage sales pipelines through prospecting, segmentation, and CRM discipline.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies with territory planning and competitive analysis.
  • Deliver trusted advisory sales, building relationships and generating referrals.
  • Collaborate with teams for account plans, lead management, and CRM accuracy.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development with track record of new business acquisition in mid-market.
  • Proven success in telecommunications or aligned IT, with consultative and transactional sales.
  • Commercial acumen to position value propositions and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
  • Accountability, resilience, and collaborative mindset in performance-driven environments.
