What you will do
- Drive new business acquisition in mid-market, achieving net adds and revenue targets across product lines.
- Build and manage sales pipelines through prospecting, segmentation, and CRM discipline.
- Develop and execute sales strategies with territory planning and competitive analysis.
- Deliver trusted advisory sales, building relationships and generating referrals.
- Collaborate with teams for account plans, lead management, and CRM accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience in business development with track record of new business acquisition in mid-market.
- Proven success in telecommunications or aligned IT, with consultative and transactional sales.
- Commercial acumen to position value propositions and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
- Accountability, resilience, and collaborative mindset in performance-driven environments.
