What you will do

• Lead a team or project to drive day-to-day processes and ensure accurate delivery of client accounting needs.
• Review all accounting matters for fund structures, including equalisations and carry calculations.
• Act as a higher authority on accounting and administration queries, serving as a 4-eyes signatory.
• Manage and review the completion of audit queries and ensure ISAE compliance.
• Oversee the preparation and reconciliation of periodic direct and indirect tax returns.
• Supervise, train, and conduct appraisals for staff members to support professional growth.

Requirements

• Professional qualification such as ACCA or ACA.
• Demonstrable industry experience in financial services.
• Essential experience in accounts preparation, financial statements, bookkeeping, and VAT returns.
• Proven people management and team leadership experience, including performance management.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Southampton, UK.
