What you will do

  • Lead the preparation of Group financial performance packs with insightful analysis and commentary.
  • Coordinate Group Consolidated Monthly Management Accounts and manage month-end close cycles.
  • Author performance narratives for the CFO's reporting to the Board and develop shareholder-facing reports.
  • Review and consolidate outputs from analysts across the business to provide operational insights.
  • Deliver detailed variance analysis across actuals, forecasts, and plans for executive review.
  • Ensure strict data integrity and consistency between planning outputs and supporting models.

Requirements

  • High capability in variance analysis and the ability to explain numbers to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience producing reporting materials for Senior leaders, Executives, or the Board.
  • Ability to own end-to-end reporting and performance views in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to remain resilient under tight deadlines.
  • Requirement to undergo credit, CIFAS, Right to Work, and potentially DBS checks.
  • Experience in FP&A, Group Reporting, or Corporate Finance is desirable.
