What you will do
- Lead the preparation of Group financial performance packs with insightful analysis and commentary.
- Coordinate Group Consolidated Monthly Management Accounts and manage month-end close cycles.
- Author performance narratives for the CFO's reporting to the Board and develop shareholder-facing reports.
- Review and consolidate outputs from analysts across the business to provide operational insights.
- Deliver detailed variance analysis across actuals, forecasts, and plans for executive review.
- Ensure strict data integrity and consistency between planning outputs and supporting models.
Requirements
- High capability in variance analysis and the ability to explain numbers to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience producing reporting materials for Senior leaders, Executives, or the Board.
- Ability to own end-to-end reporting and performance views in fast-moving environments.
- Strong judgment and the ability to remain resilient under tight deadlines.
- Requirement to undergo credit, CIFAS, Right to Work, and potentially DBS checks.
- Experience in FP&A, Group Reporting, or Corporate Finance is desirable.
