Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead financial reporting activities and own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial outputs
• Review group profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow information
• Manage, mentor, and develop a qualified finance team
• Act as key finance contact for senior stakeholders and external advisors
• Support audit processes and ensure adherence to accounting standards
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, controls, and governance
• Contribute to ad-hoc finance projects and change initiatives

Requirements

• ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified with strong post-qualification experience
• Demonstrable experience in financial reporting
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines in complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with pragmatic, commercial mindset
• Proven experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, delivery-focused, and improvement-driven
