What you will do

• Create and foster collaborative relationships with key cross-functional partners, especially Sales.
• Provide financial support for complex software deals from commercial structuring to external auditor review.
• Analyze and construct deals that help win business while aligning with financial and strategic objectives.
• Own the planning and forecasting process for the EMEA region.
• Guide on ARR, revenue recognition, and timing; assist Legal and Sales with contract drafting and approvals.
• Ensure adherence to risk management controls across all revenue contracts.

Requirements

• Develop relationships as trusted advisor with business leaders and stakeholders to shape decisions.
• Communicate complex financial information simply (oral and written).
• Apply professional judgement, persuade and influence at all levels.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
• Recognized accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA) with several years PQE.
• Experience in commercial fast-paced environment; preferably with US parent and technology.
