Salary: £70,000 - £75,000

What you will do

• Architect international tax strategy, handle tax registrations, reconciliations, and compliance across global territories.
• Lead annual audit process, coordinate with departments, provide documentation and expert counsel.
• Optimize financial processes using Workday and OneStream, ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Mentor team members, support handovers and ad-hoc projects during high-pressure periods.
• Serve as strategic partner to Accounting & Tax Director on fiscal integrity and global expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years in high-level accounting and tax management
• Fully qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with deep knowledge of international financial frameworks and tax law
• Tech-savvy with experience in Workday and OneStream preferred
• Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Collaborative team player with cultural intelligence for global markets
