What you will do

• Lead the finance function with accurate and timely reporting
• Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets
• Manage cash flow, payroll, and statutory compliance
• Own and optimise Xero and payment systems including direct debits
• Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting
• Provide commercial insight and decision support to leadership
• Direct line management for 1 person

Requirements

• AAT Qualified
• Proven experience in people management
• Strong Xero experience (essential)
• Excellent commercial, analytical, and cash flow management skills
• Confident leader with proactive, improvement-focused mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in recurring revenue or B2B services
