What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Media Planners and Associate Media Planners.
• Serve as a trusted client partner and primary escalation point for campaign issues and process challenges.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure seamless cross-functional delivery.
• Contribute to process improvements and training materials to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Media or digital display advertising.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a team of direct reports.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and Google GSuite.
• Knowledge of Digital Advertising tools such as Google Ad Manager, DCM, and Salesforce.
