What you will do

  • Develop enterprise content strategy aligned to brand, growth priorities, and revenue goals across business units.
  • Build narrative frameworks and ensure content reflects buyer journeys and audience relevance.
  • Partner with marketing directors to activate campaigns through multi-channel content plans.
  • Manage owned media ecosystem including website, blog, newsletters with editorial roadmap and content atomization.
  • Create thought leadership content on healthcare trends, policy, and industry insights.
  • Establish content analytics framework, define KPIs, and optimize based on performance data.
  • Lead and mentor content marketing team while collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in content strategy, campaign marketing, or editorial leadership in B2B healthcare, digital health, media, or technology.
  • Experience building and scaling content programs across multiple audiences/business units.
  • Proven strategic and hands-on execution with team leadership.
  • Strong editorial judgment, writing, storytelling skills.
  • Integrating content into demand generation and campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing tech, CMS, analytics, SEO, generative AI platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related.
