Cloud Security Developer (AWS): Design, implement, and deploy AWS cloud security solutions for enterprise-level applications and systems with an accent on Service Control Policies, IAM strategies, and multi-account architectures. Focus on automating security tools like Prisma Cloud and Cortex XSOAR, performing threat hunting through SIEM platforms, and remediating vulnerabilities to meet compliance.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto or St. John's, Canada (3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and deploy AWS security solutions using SCPs, RCPs, and IAM.
• Provide security guidance to teams and integrate controls into applications.
• Introduce emerging AWS security measures and collaborate to embed security in application lifecycles.
• Automate and support tools like Prisma Cloud, Cortex XSOAR, and AWS services.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and perform threat hunting via SIEM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 2+ years cloud experience in technical role.
• Proven cybersecurity solutions in multi-account AWS.
• Strong identity, data, network boundaries knowledge.
• Terraform experience for secure modules.
• DevSecOps and Python scripting (boto3).
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Network Security, Java, Jenkins, Linux, Bash.
• Enterprise infrastructure management.
• Certifications: CCSP, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Security Specialty.
• Fintech or regulated industries experience.
