TL;DR

Platform Professional Services Associate Consultant (Falcon Next-Gen SIEM): Work solo and with consultants to deliver integration services, demonstrate SIEM capabilities, and operationalize Next-Gen SIEM in customer environments with an accent on log management, AI-assisted investigations, and SOAR. Focus on providing knowledge transfer, expanding use cases, influencing product enhancements, and building trusted advisor relationships.

Location: Remote within Canada; legal entitlement to work in Canada required. Occasional travel (<25%) may be required.

Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Work with Professional Services consultants and independently to provide delivery and integration services across organizations and verticals
• Act as trusted advisor leading customers to mature outcomes using next-gen SIEM, log management, AI-assisted investigations, and SOAR
• Provide knowledge transfer on Falcon Next-Gen SIEM and other Falcon modules
• Help customers discover capabilities, expand use cases, and provide feedback to Product Management
• Develop internal relationships to influence product enhancements meeting customer needs

Requirements

• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
• Fundamental understanding of Information Security principles and standards
• 2+ years experience with log management/SIEM (e.g., Splunk, Chronicle) and SOAR in Security Operations or consulting
• Knowledge of log analysis, data onboarding, parsing, searches, dashboards, and alerts
• 1+ years with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) including policy configuration and integrations
• 2+ years supporting IT Security functions (directory services, authentication, networking, endpoint security)
• Experience using AI platforms for integrations, data synthesis, and code reviews
• Strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting (Python, Powershell, Javascript, YAML, REST API)
• Technical scoping and requirements gathering at InfoSec organizations
• Recent industry certifications (SANS, ISC2, AWS, Microsoft, Google)
• Recent SOC experience with SIEM/SOAR for incident analysis
• Generative AI integration experience
