Salary: $184,000–$225,000 USD (annual base salary)

What you will do

• Synthesize diverse perspectives (technology, regulatory, business) into high-impact insights for strategic development.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
• Proactively monitor industry developments and flag high-priority shifts to leadership.
• Deliver executive-ready briefings and strategic reports to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to prioritize competitive intelligence topics.
• Forge partnerships across teams (product, marketing, regulatory, corporate development) to translate insights into growth strategies.
• Manage competitive intelligence resources and cultivate industry networks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in market intelligence and industry research, ideally within crypto, FinTech, or financial services.
• Operational experience in ambitious, fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong, demonstrated interest in digital assets and crypto markets, with familiarity in institutional finance and blockchain technology.
• Ability to develop rigorous, evidence-based research incorporating business and financial analysis.
• Elite communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for a business audience.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within a matrix organization, working effectively with C-suite.
• Robust industry connections and visible presence across crypto community channels (X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit).
