What you will do
- Design the architecture for an agent-native People & Culture platform to automate hiring, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
- Architect a global, jurisdiction-aware data layer to serve as the substrate for AI reasoning and predictive analytics.
- Apply agentic development practices to the engineering process, using agents to write, test, and deploy code to maintain a lean team.
- Lead the development of AI-powered employee experiences, including intelligent copilots and autonomous support channels.
- Define the comprehensive HR platform roadmap and determine the balance between custom builds and strategic integrations.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of senior technical leaders to execute the vision of an agent-native stack.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering and technology leadership, owning large-scale production systems from architecture to operation.
- Deep fluency in data architecture and canonical data modelling for complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Hands-on experience designing agentic systems, LLM-based reasoning, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Proven track record of leading platform or infrastructure products used by other internal teams.
- Ability to scale impact through leverage, tooling, and automation rather than increasing headcount.
- Strong engineering management skills for hiring and developing senior technical talent.
Nice to have
- Experience building products that operate across multiple legal jurisdictions with regulatory constraints.
- Background in developer platforms, internal tooling, or B2B SaaS with a focus on API design and data contracts.
- Familiarity with the People & Culture domain from a product builder's perspective.
- Experience operating within high-growth technology companies in ambiguous environments.
